The EU funded Network of Excellence MoniQA is organising its first international conference on Rapid and High Throughput Methods for Food Safety Assessment, Global Harmonisation of Validation and Standardisation Strategies, and Socio-Economic Impact of Current and Future Food Safety Regulations.
The conference will address current food-contaminant issues with plenary sessions devoted to Microbiological Contaminants, Mycotoxins/Phycotoxins, Chemical Contaminants, Food Allergens, Food Additives and Processing Contaminants and Food Authenticity.
This international conference is aimed at all parties with an interest in assuring food-safety including food manufacturers, retailers, food quality and HACCP practitioners, developers and providers of rapid and high throughput analytical methods, standardisation and validation organisations, research institutes, policy makers and regulatory bodies, and representatives of consumer and trade organisations.
By attending the meeting, participants will gain a state of the art view of approaches to the management of current food safety issues.
